WINE-HARVEST : by hand at the same time as the others grapes.

 

WINE-MAKING : natural yeasts,  in stainless steel tanks.

 

WINE TASTING : light, dry and fresh. Not to strong and thirst-quenching.

 

EXAMPLES OF COURSES : cold starters, shellfish and also good wine for cooking.
