WINE-HARVEST : by hand.

 

WINE-MAKING : Alsace traditional method – pneumatic press (respect of the juice, long pressing).

 

BOTTLE AGEING : 2-3 years.

 

WINE TASTING : clear yellow colour, brilliant, fine nose, flowers, apricot  aromas.

 In the mouth it is light and fresh.
