Maceration during 8 days and manual punching the cap during 5 days, maturing in Burgundian oak barrels during 12 to 18 months, bottled without fining and filtration.
2 to 5 years.
Red fruit aromas (cherry, blacurrant) ; in the mouth it is elegant, fresh and nice persistency.
